| Glazed tiles are coated with a surface finish (glaze) fused to the body by firing at very high temperatures. Because of the ease of adding colour, to the glaze, your choice of colour is virtually unlimited. Unglazed tiles are not coated with a glazed. The coloration is a natural result of the blend of clays and the firing process. | |
